Delivery & Returns

Production & Lead Times

Every item is printed to order. Unlike traditional retail, we do not maintain a warehouse of mass-produced stock. In line with our commitment to zero-waste manufacturing, each piece is individually manufactured in our Amsterdam studio only once an order is placed.

  • Standard Collection: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be engineered and printed.
  • Custom Projects: Production timelines for bespoke commissions are agreed upon during the proposal phase, typically ranging from 1 to 2 weeks.

​Shipping Rates & Delivery 

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to you as soon as your package leaves the studio.

  • The Netherlands: Free shipping (1-2) business days.
  • European Union: 9.99€, Free for order over 50€ (3-10 business days).
  • International: Varies depending on destination (calculated at checkout).

Note on international shipping: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

 Sustainable Packaging

Our commitment to the environment extends to our logistics. 

  • Recycled Packaging: Over 90% of our packaging materials are recycled.  
  • Minimalist Volume: We optimize our packaging size to reduce carbon footprint on every shipment. 
  • Local Pickup: If you are based in Amsterdam, we offer a local pickup option at checkout. 

 Damaged Items

We take great pride in our structural integrity and packaging. However, if your item is damaged during transit, please contact us at contact@archyprint.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and the product. We will prioritize a replacement item for you immediately.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return ready-made (non-customized) products within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at contact@archyprint.com within this period.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or materially do not match the order specifications. In such cases, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt with photographic evidence.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item supplied by us.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the acceptance of your return and process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

How to Return

Please send your return package to the address provided in our return instructions after contacting us. Ensure that the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
