How do I get a quote for a custom project?

Simply fill out our Custom Project Form. Provide as much detail as possible regarding dimensions, intended use, and any CAD files you may have. We’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours with a tailored proposal.

I don't have a 3D file (CAD). Can you still help?

Absolutely. We offer in-house design services to turn your sketches or ideas into print-ready digital models. We’ll guide you through the concept phase to ensure the final result is exactly what you envisioned.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No. We are built for agility. Whether you need a single bespoke prototype or a bulk run of 500 pieces, we can accommodate your needs with pricing that scales with your volume.

Where are you products made?

Every single item is produced right here in our Amsterdam workshop. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and offer fast turnaround times without the carbon footprint of long-distance shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For shop items, we typically ship within 2–3 business days. Custom projects vary depending on complexity, but most small-to-medium runs are completed and shipped within a week.

Materials & Quality

What is exactly "Bio-based PLA"?

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a high-performance polymer derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugarcane. It is more sustainable than traditional petroleum-based plastics while offering excellent detail and a premium matte finish.

How strong are the 3D-printed items?

Our materials are surprisingly durable and suitable for everything from interior decor to functional mechanical prototypes. However, they should not be exposed to temperatures above 50°C, as this can cause the material to soften or warp.

Returns & Changes

Can I return a custom-made item?

Because custom orders are manufactured specifically to your requirements, they are non-refundable. For standard shop items, we offer a 14-day return policy provided the item is in its original condition.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in our packaging, but if something goes wrong during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
