Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return ready-made (non-customized) products within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at contact@archyprint.com within this period.

Conditions for Returns

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

• Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or materially do not match the order specifications. In such cases, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt with photographic evidence.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item supplied by us.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the acceptance of your return and process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
